How to Buy Tickets

Home Fixture Ticket Sale Information

Tickets for Premier League fixtures usually go on sale to Silver Members approximately eight weeks prior to each home match (subject to time constraints). For a limited number of matches at the start of the season, as well as for all Cup competition matches (FA Cup, European games and League Cup), tickets will go on sale closer to the date of the game rather than the advertised eight weeks.

Remaining tickets will go on sale to Red Members approximately six weeks prior to each fixture (subject to availability and time constraints).

Up to date ticket information about upcoming games can be found here. Occasionally fixtures may go to Friends & Family Sale meaning Members can buy additional tickets for their loved ones. Tickets are rarely available via Friends and Family or General Sale and therefore, supporters are advised to join Arsenal Membership to enjoy access to tickets.

Online
Arsenal Members can purchase tickets online via their Online Box Office account..

All Members will need to quote their seven digit membership number (found on your membership card), password and Credit/Debit Card details.

Ticket purchasing limits are specific to each game. For most Premier League games, they are available to purchase on the basis of one ticket per valid membership (a maximum number of four tickets per booking with valid memberships - subject to availability).

To assist supporters purchasing tickets, please see the below information;

• Ensure that all of your contact details are up to date.
• Ensure that all membership accounts are activated on the Online Box Office. Activating a membership will allow you to login to the Online Box Office where you can update your details, purchase tickets and renew memberships.
• Ensure that each additional Member is assigned to your online network prior to your transaction. This will simplify the booking process if this has been done in advance; click here for a helpful guide.
   

Successful online bookings will be sent a confirmation email which will include the seat details for the match.

All supporters are requested to print a copy of the confirmation email and bring it to the match, together with their membership card, in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium.

Arsenal Football Club accepts the following credit/debit cards; MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro. Booking fees will apply to this service.

Please note that we no longer accept personal callers to the stadium or postal applications for members on sales. 

Access to Emirates Stadium
Arsenal Members and Season Ticket Holders can access Emirates Stadium using their physical membership card or digital pass. Both the physical and digital card are automatically loaded with all games that the supporter has purchased and can be scanned at the turnstile to gain entry.
